Our clients came to us after purchasing a steep section in Pyes Pa.
The goal was to create a spacious home for a family of five, leveraging the steep section to maximise house area and capture views from most rooms.

They found us online after seeing some recent architectural builds we had completed on sloping sections in Tauranga. We met with them onsite to discuss their vision and budget and introduced them to a local architect we had used on similar sites. The initial designs were bang on, only requiring minor adjustments before we submitted them to the council. Within eight months, we were through council and breaking ground.

The home features a front entrance with a screen wall, multiple Kwila decks on three levels, raking ceilings in the lounge, kitchen, entrance, and living areas, and a split-level design. This approach allowed us to turn the challenging terrain into an advantage, providing the family with a unique, functional, and beautiful living space.
